We are pleased to have been one of the Ball Valve manufacturers awarded ExxonMobil Malaysia’s prestigious 3-Year Price Agreement Contract for Manual and Actuated Ball Valves.

The scope covers soft and metal seated ball valves 2” – 32” CL. 150-1500 in all material grades from CS, SS to Duplex and Inc. 625 overlays where required.

All ball valves manufactured are in strict accordance to ExxonMobil Global Valve Specifications.

Over the last 6 years, we have been one of the major ball valve brands supplied to ExxonMobil for their projects and upgrade programs offshore Malaysia (approx. 900 ball valves in service).

Delivered in 14 weeks, our latest delivery to Chevron, Australia for the Gorgon Domgas Metering Station consists of

MV3 High-Pressure Side-Entry Ball Valves 2” x 1.5” CL. 1500 RTJ x BW in Low Temp CS (-46 deg C) with PEEK inserts, Pup pieces, Stem Extension, Extended Bonnet, manual operated, PMI, LT, FE, High Pressure and Impact Gas testing.

We successfully tested a 2”/1500 to the stringent Chevron Low Temp Test procedure, Fugitive Emission Test Procedure and passed with 3.2 witness inspection by the client.

MIR VALVE has an extensive reference list of supplying Chevron in Australia and Thailand since 2009.

A new order for subsea ball valves for Sarawak Shell Malaysia has been awarded by HSF Energy has been awarded to us:

API 6DSS MV1-SS Subsea Top-Entry Ball Valves, 2”, 3” CL. 150/300 metal-seated + TCC. Forged Body and Trim in full solid Inconel 625 c/w subsea gearbox. PMI, Performance Test, Hyperbaric Test.

We have previously supplied 18 pcs top-entry subsea ball valves to Sarawak Shell in 2013 which are now in service offshore Malaysia.

For the first time, MIR VALVE has held the HSE DAY on October 20th 2015 at our Global HQ and Manufacturing Plant in Malaysia. The event was officiated and launched by our CEO, Stasi Prandalos.

The purpose of the event was to promote health, safety and environmental awareness amongst all employees. The day was filled with HSE related activities including blood donation and medical check-ups. The wonderful participation ensured the day was great success.

Staff from all departments -from manufacturing to engineering to finance or procurement have won the various contest launched prior to the event: best tyre, best recycler, most safe-behavioral person.

Best HSE Slogan contest was won by our QC Manager, Mr. Aziz Mustaffa with the slogan KNOW SAFETY, NO INJURY which is brilliantly in-line with founding company slogan: No energy, no life... Know energy, know life.

HSE is of utmost importance in our company since we started in 2007, and our track record is very good, 2533 days free from LTI.
