Our manufacturing plant is located in the industrial area of Shah Alam, Selangor which is approx. 35 mins drive to Kuala Lumpur City Centre, to the Port of Klang and to Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Sepang, all connected through the Kesas Highway which is in immediate proximity to our plant.

This area is for industrial manufacturing type companies where our major Malaysian supply and subcontractor chain is located, feeding our plant with the various finished components required for assembly. We annually procure in Malaysia and internationally 700,000 components to manufacture our ball and gate valves required for each year's production; this we fully expect to increase in the years ahead.  

Our plant is 140,000 sq.ft. (13,000 sq.m) with 360 deg. manufacturing capability: from sales to contract management, engineering, QA/QC, procurement, inventories, machining, assembly, welding, testing, blasting and painting to packing and shipping.

Each activity in the manufacturing cycle is controlled through systems and procedures which are an integral part of our entire company quality management system. 80% of our production is subject to customers 3.2 witness inspection activities. Our entire manufacturing cycle is driven through our ERP system (IFS) and so are all other departments in our company.

Our After Market Department is managed by our manufacturing management team and attend to all customer field issues, concerns or site support services as required for each contract. Our dedicated team travels globally and is on call 24/7.

Our plant capacity is to produce annually up to 5,000 valves per year sizes 1"- 24" and 800 valves per year sizes 28"–60", manual and actuated combined.
