Fadlysham has a Master degree in Engineering Management from the University Technology MARA, Malaysia and a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia. He has over 15 years experience in the oil and gas and over 20 years in Design Engineering.

In MIR VALVE, Fadlysham is Manager of Design Engineering, leading the engineering team in designing all our products from 3D modelling, FEA to bill of materials, component standardization, as well as taking a modular approach across the full range of products. He gives continuous technical support to the Quality, Sales, Costing and Operations teams.

Furthermore, Fadlysham is continuously reviewing and improving the product design as well as keeping up to date with the technological advances to ensure optimization of design and thus competitiveness of our valves on the market.
